Fresh Verde

Refreshing and lightly sparkling, with a subtle tropical note. Cucumber freshness and basil aroma make a clean, summery balance.

INGREDIENTS

  • 45 ml Sea Buckthorn Goodie
  • 30 ml sea buckthorn syrup
  • 60 ml cucumber juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 basil sprigs
  • 40 ml sparkling water
  • Ice

GLASS AND GARNISH

  • Tall glass
  • Fresh basil

METHOD

  1. Blend the cucumber with the basil, then strain the juice and stir in the honey until dissolved
  2. Fill a glass with ice and pour in the cucumber and basil juice, sea buckthorn syrup and Goodie
  3. Stir gently and top with sparkling water
  4. Garnish with fresh basil

Yes. Every bottle shares the same live cultures, so pick the berry flavour you like best.
No, as long as you don't heat it. Keep it cold and the cultures stay alive.
A trace. Tested batches contained less than 0.5% alcohol. Ripe bananas can naturally contain around 0.5% alcohol too.
Once opened, keep it refrigerated and finish within the window on the label. It stays live right to the end.
